Fruit Smoothie

1 cup kefir
1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (1 banana, a handful of berries, pineapple, etc)
2 ice cubes

Combine in a blender until smooth. 

Vanilla-Maple Kefir

1 cup chilled kefir
1 teaspoon real maple syrup
1/8th teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine and enjoy. Optionally serve over ice.
